DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery Time and Service
Our delivery time within 2-5 business day.
*The delivery time will depend on the size of fish and we will make few procedures to make sure fish is in good condition before sending out. After sending, client will receive the fish within one day / 24 hours.
Now our delivery service coverage only West Malaysia.
REFUND POLICY
All transactions and payments made are not refundable.
Refund will be made if:
The company is unable to deliver the ordered product within the standard time frame. Refund will be processed within 4-5 working days after the confirmation.
COMPENSATION POLICY
Compensation will only accept for unboxing period any problems please take videos as evidence and send to our department immediately.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive email confirmation within 24 hours after your order is made. If not, please contact us soonest at enquiries@kawaiaro.com.my or 012-631 1023
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Your order will be cancelled when :
a) We cannot get your confirmation.
b) We do not receive your payment or payment proof within 24 hours after order made
